The Virtual Debate Competition

On the occasion of World Environment Day – 5th June 2020, Lung Care Foundation is organizing an online debate competition for students of class 9th – 12th of only Delhi-NCR Schools.

The theme for this year is ‘Biodiversity’. The lockdown period has certainly improved air quality & helped nature to reclaim its right on planet earth. While we all sit at home, admiring this beauty of nature we believe that young leaders can put their thoughts to action & ensure that a revival of nature continues for a long time.

The debate is a part of project Saaf Hawa Aur Naagrik, an initiative supported by the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi to increase awareness & engagement of citizens on air quality discussions & promote action for Clean Air.

TOPIC:

Reduction of air pollution is the responsibility of only the elected government and not of the citizens of the nation.
