Breathe Easy Stay Tough
B.E.S.T (Breathe Easy Stay Tough) school club is a student led initiative to effectively empower our country’s youth towards better Lung Health by engaging school students to conceptualise and implement an annual engagement plan involving over 100 activities to:
Create Awareness about Air Pollution and its Health Impacts and promote individual actions for Clean Air.
Set guidelines and increase awareness for Asthma Management in schools.
Increase basic Lung Health Awareness through information dissemination.

Video Competition - Health Impacts of Air Pollution
Our lung warriors made creative videos in the form of song, skit, street plays etc with key messages creating awareness on ‘Health Impacts of Air Pollution‘. The videos were actively promoted and achieved a visual impact by reaching out to 30,000+ individuals across social media.

Social Innovation Model on Waste Management
To solve the problem of waste management and its contribution to air pollution, B.E.S.T lung warriors took the ‘Waste Trek and Clear’ challenge. They evaluated their local areas, explored innovations in waste segregation and management problems and made proposals for possible solutions. Many of them further worked with the school administration to implement the solutions.
